Our client a leading foodstuff distribution company in Dubai seeks to recruit a dynamic General Manager to run and expand its operations.
Critical pre-requisites:
Must be an MBA with 7-10 years of hard-core sales and marketing background in the food sector.
International experience in the procurement and introduction of new products from overseas to the local market.
The development and maintenance of close relationships with customers and suppliers is essential.
Prior sales experience in the UAE market would be extremely desirable.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to train and mentor the sales team.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities would include accountability of the business and full profit and loss responsibility. This position would report into the Board of Directors.
